Resilience is about emotional wellbeing and resources as well as about mental and physical resources and wellbeing. I learned this again in doing the last round of corrections and revisions on my book manuscript. I had to fight feelings of self-doubt , Mehness , frustration (why didn’t I see this the first 10 times I read it); I also had to battle against self-sabotage .
